There's an urban myth that Bruce Springsteen's Born to Run is/was under consideration. Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 121 (introduced April 17, 1980) intended to declare "Born to Run, as the unofficial theme of our State's youth." The legislation passed the Assembly but was never released for a Senate vote.
